Decoration Priorities and Suggestions

My recommendation is to obtain all decorations. They all add bonuses and make all squads stronger. After obtaining all decorations, focus on upgrading all UR decor to level 3 in order to get the special bonus for each decor. Then focus on upgrading to level 4 in the following order (but switch S an A tier - More specifically, I prioritize crit mods most highly) :
