Every 4 hours you can "Research"/"Train" T11s in the "Alert Tower" building by opening the dialog box for "Restricted Area Training". This research/training will be refreshed 1 time per day. If you miss research/training for a day or more, up to 3 can be stored.
During training, periodic tasks will randomly appear in the "Event Record" button in the lower right of the Restricted Area Training. Completing these tasks earns extra rewards. Additionally, completing boss challenges provides extra rewards. Boss challenges are located in the bottom center of the Restricted Area Training dialog window.
At current, the only way to making meaningfully quick progress on earning T11s is to buy cores in the stores.
